She designed high-quality training material, manuals and learning aids ensuring consistency and content quality for retail sales and motivational training programs. She played a pivotal role as coach and mentor, conducting orientation sessions, on-the-job trainings, reviewing individual store performance Pan India locations. She conducted TNA, Psychometric Assessments and developed IDP for the employees resulting in cost effective and need-based training programs. One of the notable achievement was the introduction of Mobile App based training in collaboration with Handytrain. This helped create a newage Ayurveda training pillar while helping in the reduction of training cost.
