The Challenge: Several mid-to-senior level directors were stalling in their career progression due to a lack of confidence. They were experts in their fields but remained silent during Board meetings, allowing their ideas to be overlooked or claimed by more vocal peers.
The Intervention: A Confidence & Assertiveness Intensive. We used video-recorded role-play, “Power Posing” techniques, and the S.P.E.A.K. Framework (Structure, Pause, Engage, Assert, Know) to help them articulate opinions under pressure.
The Result: 80% of participants were noted by the Board for “increased contribution and strategic input” within 90 days. Two participants were subsequently invited to lead high-level internal task forces.
