Strategic Communication is a skill a leader needs to possess in order to build great relationship with internal and external people while ensuring the bigger picture of the organization’s goal is always kept in mind. Its beautiful to see Leaders turn a conversation moving towards a negative stance into a positive version with their strategic communication strengths without letting their personal ego contaminate the conversation.

The course is focused on the information, analyses, organizational processes, and skills and business judgment managers must use to devise strategies, position their businesses, define firm boundaries and maximize long-term profits in the face of uncertainty and competition.

The session is held for 3 hours for two days followed with assignment.
